In the event of cancellation owe must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- Cancellations charge 30 days or more prior to departure of the tour in advance 20% of total advance amount.
- Cancellations received 25-30 days prior to tour 15% of total package amount.
- Cancellations received 25-20 days prior to tour 25% of total package amount.
- Cancellations received 10 days & less prior to tour there will be no refund.
- In case of any pandemic situation like Covid or any natural calamities only credit note will be issued which you can avail within in the period of one year. The amount will be adjusted in future booking as prices varies seasonally.
Amount adjusts only same destinations & state.
- For the High Peak season, X-mass and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.
